FAQs

Where does it start and end?

There are multiple areas where Pedal N’ Party starts and ends. You can find the different locations on the booking page or customize your own! We will be utilizing the Easthampton, Massachusetts Manhan Rail Trail to get to and from most locations. The Bike N’ Brew Tours will be dropping your group off at a different location than the starting location.

Do I need to find my own transportation from the drop off point?

YES. We ask that you have a sober driver in your group or utilize Lyft and Uber. If you have a sober driver in your group, park a car at the end point for them to get you home safely after the tour.

Where does the bike go?

We are currently prohibited from selling or consuming alcohol while on the bike but you are welcome to bring water, soda, & snack along for the ride.

Absolutely, we will be rocking to tunes the whole way. Recommendations are welcome!

Do I need to sign a waiver to go on bike?

Every rider older than 18 years old and parent/guardians of anyone under 18 years of age must sign a waiver in advance of getting on a Pedal N’ Party bike. Waivers will be emailed to the individual who completes the booking to share with their group. We will have extras incase you forget!

Who drives the bike?

Pedal N’ Party provides a certified pilot so groups can worry about enjoying themselves rather than steering the bike.

Is it really pedal power?

Yes! We encourage you to pedal to make the bike move. It’s great for the environment and good for your body too! The bike is also equipped with an electric motor to help the driver safely get to pick up locations. It’s a lot easier than it looks!

Do I need a reservation to ride?

Yes! We run based on reservations only, which you can make through our online booking system on our website. We recommend planning ahead as we are often booked in advance for popular weekend time slots!

Individual tickets for public tours and full custom tours require payment of the full amount at the time of reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations made 15 days in advance will get a full refund. Cancellations made 5 to 14 days in advance will get a rain check to use on another available date. Cancellations 4 days up until the ride are non-refundable. If you fail to show up, that is also non refundable.

What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don’t worry — you won’t be pedaling around in a monsoon! If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. We do recommend closed-toed shoes for comfort, though it is not required. We also recommend not wearing high heels or long, flowing dresses.
